"Ibinex's Customer Service Needs Improvement"
I received a call from Ibinex and decided to sign up, but the representative who handled my account was lacking. After I pulled out my initial investment following a few trades, I've been inundated with calls on my mobile every single day from your sales team. I've had to block around 20 numbers already, and they just won't take a hint, even though I'm not interested anymore. Please get rid of my details, as this is harassment and violates my data protection rights.

"Awesome Online Platform"
I rate this site 5 stars! The world of crypto and finance has been a bit shaky for me over the past year. I lost $100 on Paxful.com, which left me pretty scared to invest again. However, I discovered this platform, and it feels completely safe. I'm satisfied with my money here, but I think the support team could use some improvement. This company is a total scam tied to investxe, which is just another phony operation. They operate as a shell, reaching out to clients from investxe and pushing them to 'purchase' (not actual coins) through ibinex, then 'transfer' it to investxe.
